Infant sleep concerns aren’t always a stand-alone issue. As a holistic, gentle, infant sleep consultant, I believe in using gentle, respectful sleep strategies for positive change. I look at the different aspects of your child’s wellbeing, their daily routine, environment, feeding and health to get a clear understanding of how I can help.
With a definite ‘one size does not fit all’ philosophy, I’ll always be honest, empathetic and effectively listen to every parent to clearly recognise each families unique needs. With a keen interest in perinatal mental health, and in my final year of a counselling degree, I’m passionate about parental wellbeing.
