During this 1-hour session, we’ll discuss your sleep concerns in detail and I’ll offer tailored advice and suggestions. This option includes a follow-up email with a summary of our consultation but not a sleep plan. Plus there’s the option of chillin’ in your PJs since it’s a virtual session! Don’t forget, you can be based anywhere in the UK for this package.
We can enjoy this session together from when your little one is newborn as there’s no gentle sleep training, just optimal, healthy and research-based advice and support around your sleep concerns.
Video/Phone Consultation Deluxe
In this 1.5 hr session, we’ll explore the sleep concerns you have in detail. We’ll look at how you can move towards realistic sleep goals for your family. I’ll support you to ensure you feel you have the right gentle strategies to carry through sleep changes confidently. This option includes a unique sleep plan sent to you following our session as well as all the support from me you need for one month.
However much support you feel you need is entirely up to you. Whatever works for you, I’ll be here for you. I’ll make sure you’re confident about how to keep moving forward. You can be based anywhere in the UK to have one of these sessions together. I use Skype/Messenger/FaceTime/ WhatsApp – whichever suits you most.
We can enjoy this session together if your baby is 18 – 20 weeks old. That way we can be sure they’ll respond as well as possible to positive gentle sleep changes.
In-home Consultation Deluxe
A 2-hour consultation with me visiting you at your London home. I’m based in South East London so cover all local areas from Greenwich as well as anywhere in London that’s an hour commute or less. We’ll get cosy over a cuppa while we look through your sleep diary and sleep story together and I discuss what I’ve learnt from studying them prior to our consultation. We’ll explore your sleep goals and collaborate together to create a sleep plan for your little one you feel you can positively implement.
A bespoke sleep plan will be sent to you following our meeting as well as unlimited sleep support from me for a month. I’ll be there for you via text, email and on the phone as much or as little as you feel you need in the following 4 weeks.
We can enjoy this session together if your baby is at 18 – 20 weeks old. That way we can be sure they’ll respond as well as possible to positive gentle sleep changes.
We’ll also cover any questions you might have so that when I leave your home, you feel confident and empowered to begin the sleep plan and excited to start to get more sleep!
